Visit the viscount

The Viscount is sitting on a throne at the far end of the great hall. The little weasel's ears perk up as you approach and he looks thrilled to have company.
"Hello traveller!" He calls across the hall, "I'm fabulously wealthy and incredibly bored. Would you like to duel to the death?"
